My professional background includes leading quality teams and managing food safety programs for major companies. I have conducted external audits, including auditing suppliers to ensure their compliance with food safety and brand standards.
My certifications as a BRCGS Lead Auditor, SQF Lead Auditor, FSSC Lead Auditor, in HACCP, and in FSPCA PCQI further demonstrate my comprehensive knowledge of industry standards. I am actively working towards a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University with a certificate in US Food Law to further enhance my food safety knowledge.
